Return & Exchange Policy

We always want to achieve our customers’ ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our best to create a return policy with extended service, suitable for our valued customers.

The following conditions will qualify under the Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. If any of our products failed to meet the quality parameter, such as
    • Physically Damaged Product
    • Major Defects
    • Size or fitting issue
  2. If VÉNZO delivers the wrong items to the customer
  3. Product Lost during shipment
  4. If any technical error occurred – Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction

How to exchange:

If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us at (+880 1940-402265+880 1710-742243), or message us directly on our Official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/venzolifestyle) once you receive the Product (within 24 hours).

Also, please note that the Customer needs to send us a scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.

After receiving the Product, VÉNZO has full authority to make a decision whether the Product will be applicable for the exchange or refund policy.
